Facilities

              Our Beavercreek office is located in an industrial zone (I-1).  We have a computer center which includes a SUN UltraSPARC 140 Workstation, several Macintoshes (G3 & G4), several high end PCs,  laser printers, and color laser printers.  These computers are used for the compilation and execution of many FEM, BEM and analytical computer programs. 

             In our materials processing department we have one pilot plant high pressure, high temperature pressure vessel, two lab scale  pressure reactors which can handle over 10,000 psi and 1000°F, an extruder, a lab scale injection molder, a production oven and three research ovens, two industrial, environmentally controlled furnaces, a two-component and a one-component RTM machine, three vacuum pumps, a 150-ton hydraulic press and a lab scale hydraulic press, grinders and blenders, an air compressor and much lab equipment. We also have a chemistry lab for material synthesis and blending.
